IVC Commercial will be letting designers and specifiers get to grips with its multi-shape Studio Moods vinyl flooring at its showroom, The Gallery Clerkenwell, throughout Clerkenwell Open.
Studio Moods is an award-winning vinyl floor that makes it easy to create bespoke floors. With pre-cut geometric shapes available in wood, stone and colour looks, it can be used to transform all kinds of areas and IVC Commercial will be encouraging designers to explore the possibilities through its hands-on, open to all workshop. A competition will also be running throughout Clerkenwell Open to find the most inventive Studio Moods pattern maker.
Alongside the Studio Moods creative workshop, visitors to The Gallery showroom will also be able to see IVC Commercial’s new Clay and Create carpet planks. Part of the Rudiments carpet tile collection that explores mankind’s relationship with old flooring materials, Clay and Clay Create can be used to create layouts that respond to zoning and waymarking through the floor design.
Alison McLaughlan, head of marketing, IVC Commercial: “Clerkenwell Open provides a great opportunity to connect with designers to discuss the topics of wellbeing and sustainability and how our flooring solutions consider these two factors.”
IVC Commercial will explore these ideas further with the presentation of The Psychology of Shapes, a RIBA accredited CPD that explores how semiotics have been adopted in architecture and interior design and how to harness these skills. Stay tuned for the time and day of the presentation on the Clerkenwell Open website.
Take part in our hands-on Studio Moods vinyl flooring workshop. You’ll be able to create your own signature pattern and be in with a chance of winning a fabulous prize for the most inspiring creation.
