Clerkenwell Open

7th & 8th September, 2022

Take workplace design to a higher level through the enrichment of communication, knowledge and design with the BCFA x WOD Clerkenwell Open design trail which Davison Highley is proud to be a part of. Join the British design experts at their newly refurbished Clerkenwell showroom to explore their new products including BEE fluted, an addition to the successful BEE modular collection launched in 2020 and the Skylon work chair, a self-contained workspace.

While workplaces often look to zone their spaces to facilitate different tasks such as collaborating, eating and resting, they must also create spaces which create an ambiance which attracts and keeps the very best talent. Spaces which are enriched to encourage wellbeing in staff, but which also consider the wellbeing of the environment through the use of sustainably manufactured furniture, something Davison Highley excels at providing.

While Davison Highley is delighted to present their new product developments they also encourage dialogue and design collaboration with their Tailored service, allowing designers to create meaningful and relevant pieces with the ability to perfect by size and incorporate design details such as planting, power and even stitching details.

Considered showroom design

Working with interior designer, Natasha Cruder, the Davison Highley showroom has also had a redesign with a focus on user navigation to encourage flow and create inviting spaces to pause; enriching the visitor experience. Smart elements, such as trailing column plants, luxurious sheer fabrics, and dynamic graphic treatments, allow flexibility for future use, whilst remaining respectful of the architectural arched ceilings and columns of the late 19th century brewery building.

Space for collaboration with BEE-fluted

Built upon the extremely popular BEE modular range, BEE-fluted takes the design to the next level with its soft fluting creating a visually dynamic look. The range of undulating straight sections and gentle curves can be tailored to meet specific requirements, creating an inviting space where employees can collaborate or relax. Compatible with the BEE modular range, designers can create a cohesive design aesthetic for the entire workplace.

Space for concentration with the Skylon work chair

Based upon the popular Skylon range, Skylon work chair combines the comfort of the Skylon sofa range with the semi-private work space of our Skylon work booth. Featuring a robust tablet table, the Skylon work chair can also be fitted with a variety of power modules to create an independent work space for both short and long term working.

On hand throughout the event will be the team who have developed and launched this year the Davison Highley Sustainable Manufacturing Philosophy. Outlining how workplace furniture can be incorporated and support sustainability goals for clients, the team are available to discuss the real details, supported by data, of how Davison Highley have sustainability at the core of their business strategy.
